The Nautilus is a mixed-use and urban property complex designed by the Axent architectural firm. The project comprises 4 buildings built around a vast green esplanade allowing the harmonious cohabitation of housing, shops and a nursery. This project stands out for its sober, contemporary and luminous architecture, dominated by a slender 65-metre tower offering exceptional views over the canal and Brussels. It is an emblematic and aesthetic development in a district undergoing a major renewal, driven by a desire for diversity, conviviality and quality of life for the future inhabitants of this very green municipality.

The interior finishes are in keeping with the innovative architecture. The brightness, comfort and quality of the spaces are all elements around which we have designed this project.

This exceptional building is magnified by its height and its white façades in architectural concrete. You will be able to enjoy its views over Brussels and the canal thanks to the terraces that embellish and extend the living spaces of each of the flats to the outside.

The Canal is an original and atypical neighbourhood just a stone's throw from the city centre, close to public transport and all other facilities. It is also known for its numerous restaurants and its extraordinary views.
