Bruxelles - Belga House

In the Cinquantenaire district, close to many shops and public transport, renovation of the former Pelletier paper mill and also former Belga agency into a complex of 20 apartments with contemporary and pure lines.

This project developed by Herpain Urbis is the result of a complete renovation offering 20 loft-style apartments, with living areas ranging from ± 67 sq.m. to ± 137 sq.m., nestled in a green condominium in the interior of an island. Finishes

This architectural project imagined and designed by Arcade Architecture and Renaud Dejeneffe has been developed in response to a multitude of constraints aimed mainly at preserving the industrial aspect of this complex while making it user-friendly and habitable. Each element, from the choice of semi-massive oak parquet flooring, to the tiles decorating the kitchen, to the large bay windows, has been studied to complete this ensemble.

Around three monumental arcades, the beautiful Cinquentenaire park deploys its 30 ha and its three museums, to the delight of the inhabitants of the neighbourhood, who enjoy its greenery and its location in the heart of Montgomery.

Availability

The twenty apartments are part of a new construction and are therefore subject to the 21% VAT regime. The units are available on a fee-for-service basis and it is also possible to purchase an optional parking space (€45,000).
