A subtle blend of modernity and timelessness, this condominium, whose cubic shapes perfectly contrast with the surrounding landscape, offers three apartments with living areas ranging from 251 m² to 345 m².
Each apartment has large loft-style receptions, a fully equipped Bulthaup kitchen, beautiful bedrooms, bathrooms equipped by Facq, a dual-flow ventilation system and large bay windows opening onto a private garden or terrace without any vis-à-vis.
The very particular topography of the terrain, due to its significant difference in height, required a lot of creativity during the design phase. The project is ideally located not far from Crabbegat, one of the last remains of the old Ucclesian vicinal network.
This architectural project signed by Living Architecture has been developed in response to a
multitude of constraints and benefiting from services of the highest aesthetic and technical level.
Each element, from the large Reynaers and Hi-Infinity bay windows, to the Bulthaup kitchen, to
the Facq sanitary facilities, is designed to complete this cubist inspired ensemble.

As the three apartments are an integral part of a new construction, they are subject to a special
tax regime. The sale of the land (± 40%) is subject to the 12.5% registration fee regime and the
construction (± 60%) is subject to the 21% VAT regime.
