Located next to the Parc du Cinquantenaire, near the Rue des Tongres, is the “Villa Les Iris” built in 1898 by the architect Jules Barbier in Art Nouveau style and classified in its entirety since 2018. The façade on the street side was modified in 1924 in an Art Deco style.

The villa develops a gross surface area of ± 652 m². The entrance is through a small garden delimited by a wrought iron gate. The mosaic entrance hall hosts a beautiful staircase; a living room with a marble fireplace, a study, a dining room and a separate kitchen opening onto a terrace complete the ground floor. The first floor opens onto 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room. The second floor offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The mezzanine is composed of 2 offices that can be converted into bedrooms. The roof has been completely renovated and the front and back facades have just been cleaned.
