The architect of the project, Marc Corbiau
Graduated in June 1966 from the Institut Supérieur d’Architecture Saint-Luc in Brussels, Marc Corbiau was inspired by the work of his exceptional peers such as Le Corbusier, Jacques Dupuis, van der Rohe, Mallet-Stevens, but also by 1930s modernist architecture in Palm Springs. The majority of his achievements can be found in Belgium, where he has forged an excellent reputation.
The 10 apartments in this project are part of a new construction, and are therefore subject to a special tax regime. The sale of the land (± 40%) is subject to the 12.5% registration fee regime and the construction (± 60%) is subject to the 21% VAT regime. All units are available on a deed basis.
