The project offers armoured doors, triple glazing, double flow ventilation, PEB A. The various units of this new building are subject to specific tax arrangements: the sale of the land (± 20%) is subject to the 12.5% registration duty and the construction (± 80%) is subject to the 21% VAT regime (possibility of benefiting from the reduced VAT rate of 6% under certain conditions). The units are available on a fee-for-service basis. Each apartment also has a large cellar.
