Located in the heart of the Toison d'Or district, close to the most beautiful luxury boutiques, the historical center, museums and several green spaces, the Cond'Or project was imagined by Jaspers-Eyers architectural firm and has become emblematic thanks to its facade, animated by dynamic and aerial movements reflecting those of the condor's wings.
The architecture of the building was developed from an existing building on which three floors were added. The old façade is now covered by an impressive white stone façade. This contemporary project offers 78 exclusive apartments with a variety of programs and types, from the 1-bedroom apartment of ± 60 m² to the penthouse of more than 300 m².
The penthouses, consisting of 2 or 3 bedrooms, each have a terrace of ± 130 m² to ± 166 m² offering panoramic views of the avenue de la Toison d’Or and many iconic elements of the Brussels landscape.
The Cond’Or residence, in addition to making life easier for its residents by offering a range of quality services, proposes apartments with exceptional finishes. Every element, from the choice of semi-solid parquet flooring in noble wood, to the large bay windows, the Bulthaup brand kitchen and the choice of materials for the bathrooms, has been designed to enhance this contemporary complex.
