The architect of the project, Marc Corbiau
Graduated in June 1966 from the Institut Supérieur d’Architecture Saint-Luc in Brussels, Marc Corbiau was inspired by the work of his exceptional peers such as Le Corbusier, Jacques Dupuis, van der Rohe, Mallet-Stevens, but also by 1930s modernist architecture in Palm Springs. The majority of his achievements can be found in Belgium, where he has forged an excellent reputation.
The project offers a security system, large windows, armoured doors and Bulthaup kitchens. As the four apartments are an integral part of a new construction, they are subject to a special tax regime.
