Located at a stone’s throw from Ohain, this green plot of land, bordered by trees, offers a surface area of ± 16 ares. It is oriented northwest and has an exceptional view over the so-called Echo Valley, where the forests mingle with the hills.

In practical terms, the plot has a street width of ± 38 metres and a depth of ± 35 metres. It has a ground occupation rate of 20%.
