On Thursday 8 December 2022, we had the pleasure of getting together for a Team Building event organised by our CEO Nicolas Laporta and Lara Claessens in the Belgian Ardennes near Spa, with the presence of all the teams from Belgium Sotheby's International Realty & Auction, as well as the participation of Castell Real Estate, for a moment of discovery and conviviality in a natural setting...
A warm welcome in the beautiful Woodster Hotel in Stavelot on our arrival in the Ardennes followed by a lunch with all the teams of Belgium Sotheby’s International Realty & Auction and Castell.
A walk in the forest of Stavelot accompanied by a break in the heights with a wood fire and a snack was organised for this occasion.
A conference organised with a special guest, Cédric Dumont born in Brussels and involved in extreme sports for years. Cédric is a high level sportsman practising base jumping and wingsuit flying and an active member of Redbull since 2000.
A conference bringing together psychology and sport, sharing a personal vision, pushing one’s limits and commitment, as well as teaching respect for the environment and others. A moment of interaction, listening and sharing.
We met over dinner to share a moment of conviviality and discovery in order to forge and strengthen our ties.
To finish this Team Building, a party was planned for the occasion for a moment of release and celebration all together.
